- Develop, lead, and manage strategic PPC and paid social media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
- Oversee all aspects of paid media execution, including campaign setup, budget management, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Implement and refine data-driven marketing strategies to increase lead generation and brand awareness while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Own the development and execution of paid media plans, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative direction.
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance through platforms such as CallRail, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Monitor and enhance Local Service Ads (LSAs) and Google My Business profiles for multiple locations to drive local engagement and lead generation.
- Provide high-level strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate closely with the broader marketing team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Present data-driven insights and campaign performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of success in scaling PPC and paid social media efforts.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SEO optimization and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
- Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking tools such as CallRail, Zapier, and Outgrow for lead attribution and performance analysis.
- Google Ads certification is required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Litify platform) is a plus.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising metrics, bidding strategies, budget management, and audience segmentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
- Strong experience in A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization to maximize conversions.
- Knowledge of Google My Business, LSAs, and SEO best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize large-scale paid media strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable paid media initiatives that align with overall business goals.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities, with a demonstrated track record of guiding teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
