**Key Responsibilities**:- Service Coordination: Book and confirm individual travel components, including but not limited to guides, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other related services.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and accurate service delivery.
- Booking Management: Oversee and manage client bookings, ensuring all details are accurate, up-to-date, and meet client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve booking-related issues promptly by liaising with suppliers and clients if required.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of bookings, communications, and confirmations in the company’s travel management system.
- Quality Assurance: Verify accuracy of itineraries and services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align on client requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in booking processes and supplier interactions.**Qualifications**:- Prior experience in travel operations, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of travel components, such as hotels, tours, and transportation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.**Requirements**:- Strong English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
