- Being part of fast-growing SaaS company expanding operations in Buenos AiresThe JobKey Responsibilities:- Set Up Operations: Find and secure office space for our new call center. All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Recruitment & HR: Lead the hiring process, starting with the recruitment of a Sales Manager, followed by 15-20 call center agents. Support on- and off-boarding.
- Administrative Management: Oversee office administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Coordination & Support: Work closely with the Sales Manager to build a high-performing sales team.
- Compliance & Processes: Ensure local labor laws, company policies, and operational procedures are followed.The ProfileQualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a call center, sales, or startup environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage office setup and staffing.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and local labor regulations.
