Skilled and experienced Commercial Property Jr. responsible for overseeing and assistant commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value. The Commercial Property Jr. will play a key role in maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing property finances, and implementing effective property management strategies.**Responsibilities**:- Tenant Relations:
Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly.Property Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly.Conduct regular tenant meetings to discuss property-related matters and gather feedback.
- Rent Collection:
Support in rent collection efforts, including issuing invoices and following up on late payments.
- Lease Management:
Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
- Property Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities, repairs, and renovations.Ensure properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Financial Management:
Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.Review and approve property-related invoices and expenses.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, rental rates, and competitoractivities.Make recommendations for rental adjustments based on market conditions.
- Viewings Management:
Schedule viewings for prospective tenants, conduct viewing processes, and formalize leases toachieve 100% occupancy.
- Contractor and Vendor Management:
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain property standards. Negotiate and manage contracts for property services.
- Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to property management.Ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Reporting:
Generate regular reports on property performance or viewings management, financial metrics, and occupancy rates.Provide updates to senior management as required.
- Support to Commercial Coordinator:
