- This person will be part of the LATAM Payroll team, mainly responsible for Argentina payroll but also supporting other countries in South America. Will be responsible for the proper execution of payroll deliverables by GBS and any other vendor, as well as accountable for the correct accounting of payroll transactions. Will actively participate in several transformation projects, always with the support of the rest of the LATAM HR team.
- **How You’ll Make an Impact**- Transforming the way we operate in payroll - implementation of Workday, new payroll vendors and continuous improvement projects-
- Ensure our employees are properly paid, and ensure our procedures are legally compliant in each country-
- Maintain an active and productive relationship with our vendors to ensure proper deliveries as well as promote team spirit with our vendors and partners- ** What You Bring**- Academic background: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields-
- Payroll execution experience (preferably in multi-country environments)-
- Minimum of six years' experience in the role.-
- Languages: Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus-
- Experience in transformation projects and system implementations (Workday or similar)-
- Knowledge of local labor and tax regulations in Argentina (and ideally other LATAM countries)- ** About the Team**
- You will be part of the LATAM Payroll team, who is a recently created team, with very experienced team players, always looking to ensure our payroll compliance and how can we do it better ! Our team is very collaborative and open to new challenges. We are in different countries like Mexico, Brazil and now in Argentina. Our payroll team is part of the LATAM HR team who has great presence in Argentina and offers great opportunities to learn and feel supported.
