Install, relocate, requalify, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions. Provide remote support when required. Interact with customers to understand their needs and clearly explain the services performed. Manage spare parts inventory and company-provided infrastructure (computer, mobile phone, car, tools). Accurately document activities in the service order system. Participate in continuous technical training provided by the company or manufacturers. Report improvement opportunities or potential risks to the direct manager. Comply with safety standards, use PPE, and participate in occupational health initiatives. Technical or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze, interpret, and solve problems. Sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset. Intermediate level of English. Strong commitment to safety and best work practices. Experience with medical equipment. Familiarity with measurement tools (e.g., multimeter). Previous experience providing on-site customer support.
