- Develop high‑quality solution architectures, flow diagrams, and documentation aligned with client needs.
- Craft persuasive, technically accurate RFP responses and solution proposals for banks and fintechs.
- Participate in customer discovery, shaping solution positioning in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
- Deliver engaging demos, simplifying complex concepts to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Support strategic conversations that elevate Pismo’s value proposition and influence buying decisions.
- Work closely with Product, SRE, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to validate feasibility and ensure seamless handover.
- Translate client requirements into clear implementation deliverables, ensuring readiness before project kickoff.
- Own the transition of requirements to implementation teams fostering a more efficient project.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.\nQualificationsBasic Qualifications:\n
- 8+ years in Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture, including 5+ years with card issuing, processing, or core banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern cloud native architectures (microservices, APIs, distributed systems).
