We are seeking a strategic and analytical Google Ads Specialist to execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The adecuado candidate is data-driven and experienced in managing ad budgets to achieve strong ROI and performance results.\nKey Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads.\nConduct audience research and build detailed targeting strategies.\nMonitor daily performance and adjust campaigns to improve KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR).\nPerform A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.\nAnalyze campaign results and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.\nCollaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop effective ad assets.\nManage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently.\nStay updated with platform changes, best practices, and new advertising features.\nEnsure campaigns meet compliance, brand guidelines, and platform policies.\nQualifications 2–3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.\nC2 English is required\nStrong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms.\nAbility to read and interpret analytics data (Google Analytics, Meta Metrics, etc.).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nGood communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.\nCreativity in testing new angles, messaging, and strategies.
