**Activities**:- Serving visitors at the front desk.
- Help HR with operational tasks such as vacations, safety and hygiene, payment to suppliers and receipt of invoices.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments for the Argentinian Management Team.
- In charge of the final year event and Sales Convention.
- Collaborate with HR events, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and events during the year.
- Review internal communications and collaborate with facilities.
- Take care of the tickets and hotel reservations for the Commercial Team.**Qualification**:- HR Administration or Administration Degree
- 2- 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
