The People Team’s mission is to make exceptional people grow in an exceptional environment.While we all work together on common projects, the People Team is split into 3 sub-teams: Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and People Operations. This role will report to the Global Workplace Manager and will support the workplace operations in Buenos Aires.**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:- Oversee office activities and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the office runs smoothly
- Ship, manage, and receive computers on an as-needed basis
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Work with WeWork to make and track facilities requests
- Plan and coordinate social events for the office
- Order snacks, coffee, and refreshments for the office
- Greet visitors and new hires, make sure they all have the information to visit/enter the office**Who You Are**:- Able to be onsite at our Buenos Aires office on Tuesday mornings, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Relevant experience in office management or similar administrative role (or equivalent transferable skills)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, Asana, and Slack
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
