Will report to** Account Manager **in** Argentina **and will develop strategies for assigned and new accounts. This role will focus on increasing volume growth ensuring the achievement of both shortAt Nouryon, our global team of Changemakers takes positive action every day, to reach higher collectively and individually. We create innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers to answer society’s needs - today and in the future.**In your future role as Account Manager you will***:- Develop strategies and execute action plans to deliver revenue and volume growth in the Agricultural Specialties in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay
- Seek business growth opportunities with General Key Accounts/GKA and specially 2nd tier local companies and turn into business to meet growth ambitions
- Identify key market trends on Formulation Aids & Adjuvants and elaborate actions to partner with Customers in new business initiatives and developments
- Keep opportunity pipeline and conversion rate updated in CRM
- Map competitors’ activities, chemistry and footprint and design a plan to increase SoW consistently and aggressively
- Provide accurate sales forecast to make sure Nouryon delivers on customers demand and grasp potential upsides (opportunistic sales)
- Identify, establish and maintain strategic partnerships and networks.
- Become Agrochemicals solution expert and build strong relationship with customers for innovation projects and new formulations using Nouryon´s capabilities***
**We believe you bring**:- Education in Chemist, Chemical Engineer or other relevant university degree in Technical or Business area
- Chemistry or Agronomic orientation
- Good relationship with customers and the team
- Fluent/ Full professional **English*****
