- Strong expertise with Ruby on Rails
- Experience leading projects or technical teams (preferably in e-commerce or digital products)
- General frontend knowledge (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – nice to have
- Advanced English (C1 or higher, mandatory) – you will work closely with international stakeholders
- Must currently reside in Argentina
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions with Ruby on Rails
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, DevOps) in an Agile environment
- Participate in architectural decisions and the ongoing migration to AWS
- Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform
- Languages: Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, React (in some areas of the project)
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Methodology: Agile
- Infrastructure: Active migration to AWS
