Senior Fullstack Developer (RoR + React)

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in production.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud environments (AWS is a plus).
• Advanced English – C1 or higher (mandatory) to interact with international stakeholders.
• Current residence in Argentina (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on high-quality code.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build and optimize modern user interfaces with React.js.
• Create and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code through testing and debugging.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and propose improvements.
