- Brindar a los clientes un servicio de excelencia haciendo un uso eficaz de la información para alcanzar objetivos establecidos.
- Realizar seguimiento de los casos manejados para lograr la resolución completa y definitiva de los mismos.**Skills & Qualifications**:- Tener nível de Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Amplia flexibilidad horaria
- Marcada vocación de servicio al cliente y perfil comercial.
- Poseer experiência previa en atención a clientes es deseable.
- Experiência en manejo de sistemas operativos.
- Habilidad para realizar tareas simultáneas de atención telefónica y gestión de sistemas.
- Orientación a resultados
- Fuerte orientación a la calidad y empatía.
- Trabajo en equipo para poder cerrar y dar seguimiento a los casos con el mejor standard de calidad.
- Capacidad de generar valor agregado en cada contacto con los clientes, brindándoles una experiência única.
