is currently looking to fill the position of a
Service Technician
.
Responsibilities:
Record punch-in and punch-out times at the start and end of each day, as well as for each job.
Road test vehicles before and after servicing.
Inform the advisor if repairs take longer than estimated.
Use seat covers and floor mats in customer vehicles.
Notify the advisor of additional repairs, parts, and labor requirements.
Complete all assigned work accurately.
Document repairs and services clearly.
Ensure punch times match the work performed.
Follow manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines.
Maintain shop cleanliness and efficiency.
Maintain a polite and helpful attitude.
Perform additional sales requests and ensure warranty add-ons are signed off.
Meet or exceed productivity and efficiency objectives set by the Service Manager.
