- Supporting the Growth Markets Talent Operations Leader and Hub Talent Enablement Leaders with deliverables, including decks, single frames, SOPs, reports, data analysis, and documents
- Identifying Hub Talent best practices and aligning across functions to provide consistency and continuous improvement
- Reducing duplication of efforts, while customizing cross-functional culture and connectivity programs based on Hub/location specific needs
- Building and supporting Hub Talent-specific resource guides, program materials, and other deliverables
- Managing intake of ideas/needs from the Growth Markets Talent Team and working with varying stakeholders and support teams to create connections and drive to solutions
- Connecting with COE program managers to align Business Talent needs with COE-led initiatives
- Operationalizing Hub Talent metrics, sites, and knowledge
- Providing operational crisis support
- Staying current with Talent industry best practices, driving innovation and sharing trends and knowledge
- Creating and developing project/program frameworksSkills and attributes for success- Strong project management skills with ability to create and implement project plans, assign tasks, and follow up on task completion, experience and knowledge of project management practices, methodologies and tools
- Experience with driving culture and connectivity initiatives
- Proven ability to apply strong process and technology enablement knowledge to analyze and problem solve
- Highly collaborative with strong relationship management and networking skills- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to assert own ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Developing knowledge of change management principles
- Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability and interest in continuously learningTo qualify you must have- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7+ years of applicable work experienceIdeally, you’ll have- HR or Project Management certification preferred but not required
