This role is part of the People Analytics team, which provides high quality, decision making information and business operations support to help HR leaders make informed business decisions. The general scope of the work includes analysis of key HR performance indicators and design implementation of appropriate presentation of the findings via report dashboard design. Accountable for delivering HR Operational metrics. Provide counsel to entity leads, partner with other HR groups to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives.
This role is the primary point of contact to the lead HR business partners in the assigned entity ies, working collaboratively to understand the needs of the business and design implement solutions to meet or exceed those needs. This role is expected to work continuously to find ways of operating with maximum efficiency, including driving customers to self service digital solutions, raise the bar on the level of insights and analytics provided to customers..
