- Safeguard and maintain the controlled flow of Materials, Supplies and the corresponding documentation, and preserve them in optimal conditions for their immediate availability. - Execute Inventory Management and Control to ensure accuracy: Update ABC Classification, Cyclic Counts, Check List of Inventory Control Activities, Verification of Input, Output and Process Transactions
- Evaluate and Control the Physical Inventory in the branches: Evaluate the Management, Accuracy and Identification. - Analyze and propose corrective / preventive actions for items in Missing or Excess of all Classifications (Stock, Speclal, Non Stock), - Ensure the proper preparation of packaging of materials for dispatch to national, international customers and Service Centers.
- Ensure that the external logistics of Movement of Materials and Products is agile and fluid, to guarantee the established deadlines and costs - Analyze and ensure the updating of planning data in the MRP of purchased products (safety inventories) according to the Inventory Analysis Process based on IQM2 - Approve the purchase requirements based on the MRP and IQM2 data, to satisfy the replacement of items with defined safety stock
- Management of statistics and management indexes of the area to ensure compliance with Inventory policies. - Analyze and report monthly (or in the opportunities that are requested) the indicators and projections of Inventory amounts, considering -if applicable
- the Inputs, Outputs and Inventories in Transit and in Process.

- Manufacturing processes, production planning and inventory management
- Knowledge of Operational/Administrative Procedures of the Sector, under ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
- Knowledge about product portfolio.
- Knowledge of planning and control by MRP -Management of MFG Pro Software or similar
