- in alignment with Pain Grouper -; and ensure compliance with the brand plan to achieve the defined objectives and main KPIs.**Your mission Will be to**
- Create and execute the brand´s strategies, according to local competitive context and portfolio characteristics for every country.
- Permanently monitor the main KPIs of the brands and generate tactical actions to reinforce or correct performance.
- Engage with cross-functional brand teams for developing brand plans to align Marketing, Sales, Medical objectives.
- Lead innovation projects (product launches, product updates, and line extensions).
- Develop direct to consumer (DTC) communication, creating successful and insightful stimulus, according to brand´s necessities and general strategy.
- Generate annual media plan, through coordination of a central media agency, monitoring optimal mix & investment allocation.
- Define in alignment with the team, the pricing architecture strategy considering the competitive environment, and the profitability objectives.
- Determine the sales volume of the brands, together with the optimal investment to guarantee the achievement of the objectives.
- Execute plans effectively to ensure that top-line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met.
- Lead the brand teams, to promote the joint work of the different areas (trade - sales - medical - RRAA) and to ensure an execution aligned to the main strategy.**Unlock your Potencial**
- Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Commercial teams (Marketing / Trade Marketing / Sales) in pharmaceutical or mass consumption industries.
- Medical detailing experience will be valued.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated analytical skills with regards to market research, competitive data collection analysis, financial analysis, and crystallization of key business insights are needed.
- Data-driven thinking and results oriented.
- Planning and organization skills—Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.
- Strong negotiation skills.
