We pride ourselves on providing top-notch services/products to our clients and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to join our team.**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
- Manage the lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and appointment bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in inside sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
