Fully remote and globally distributed, they thrive on ownership, collaboration, and clear communication to deliver results across paid media, creative strategy, and digital growth.Your RoleWe’re looking for a proactive, highly communicative, and organized Creative Operations Coordinator to support the smooth execution of creative projects and internal workflows. You should thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, be comfortable managing your own time, and work effectively in an asynchronous communication environment, while also being confident jumping on live video calls when needed.You’ll work cross-functionally to coordinate tasks in ClickUp, keep timelines on track, and support production logistics and asset organization — such as gathering assets, organizing footage folders, and contributing to casting coordination. This role also supports the Head of Operations with documentation, workflow refinement, and new tool rollout.You’ll:- Coordinate weekly sprint plans in ClickUp by entering tasks and subtasks, assigning owners, and setting due dates- Ensure creative deliverables stay on track by monitoring progress, proactively checking in with team members, and advising on or adjusting timelines when roadblocks arise- Set up production tasks, including folder creation in Google Drive, asset linking in ClickUp, and ensuring all components are in place- Support casting coordination by organizing creator outreach and assisting with communication- Maintain and update SOPs, templates, and how-to guides that make up our Operations Library- Assist the Head of Operations with new tool evaluation, implementation, and rollout- Contribute to process improvements across creative operationsYou Bring:- Experience supporting marketing, creative, or production teams as an assistant or project coordinator- Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Drive and Slack- Strong written and verbal English skills (fluent)- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and create documentation/SOPs as needed- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities- Ability to solve problems with a service-oriented mindsetBonus Points:- Background in paid social or performance marketing- Experience managing or organizing creative assets and workflowsWhat’s Offered:- Fully remote role (LATAM-based, aligned to U.S. time zones)- Full-time contractor position (~$1,000–$1,300 USD/month, based on location and experience)- Collaborative and supportive team culture- Growth opportunities in operations and project coordination- High-impact role supporting creative and strategic deliveryInterview Process:1.
