- Define advertising and promotion strategies, brand awareness, field days, regional trade shows, and events with major clients in collaboration with the Marketing department.
- Work with the Dealer Development department, suggesting restructuring and formulating an action plan to be presented to the Dealer Management Committee. Manage product demonstrations.
- Ensure dealerships meet their business plans by training them to sell a full line of products and services (tractors, harvesters, implements, sprayers, precision agriculture equipment, and spare parts).\nYour Experience and Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required).
- Experience in sales, particularly in managing rural/agricultural machinery dealerships.
- Knowledge of rural/agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, implements, sprayers, tools, and precision agricultural equipment).
- Experience in customer segmentation and relationship management programs. Knowledge of finance (cost accounting, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.) and marketing (advertising and promotion).
