To provide operational support to the eCommerce and operations team in a practical and efficient manner, ensuring the proper management of listings, pricing, stock, and orders on marketplaces (primarily Mercado Libre), collaborating with different areas to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:
- To manage the upload and update of listings on marketplaces with the cataloging team. To analyze profit and loss to execute offers and actions on special dates.
- To control and monitor pricing (basic pricing) and to extract competitive reporting from software such as Nubimetrics or Real Trends.
- To validate and report stock across systems (Producteca / ERP / marketplaces) and to analyze them for allocation requests.
- To support order management and incident resolution for the customer and operations teams.
- To follow guidelines related to SEO catalog quality (titles, descriptions, images).
- To build and maintain basic reports in Excel.
- To identify operational errors (incorrect prices, outdated stock, inactive listings) caused by integration failures or IT issues.
- To support the Ecommerce Lead in administrative tasks within the area.
- To have a minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce in retail SMEs focused on home appliances, gaming, or technology, and administrative tasks.
- To have intermediate Excel skills with willingness to learn more.
- To use basic formulas (VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / IF / SUMIF / IFERROR).
- To manage filters and tables.
- To demonstrate an organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven profile.
- To have the ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously.
- To have experience in Mercado Libre, buyer satisfaction orientation, and management of digital graphic materials (images, videos).
- To have knowledge of tools such as Producteca or Alephee.
- To have experience in mass product uploads using CSV format.
- To show genuine interest in technology and gaming products (valued for content review and commercial strategy).
- To focus on the buyer and their expectations as a promise of delivery and a positive purchasing experience.
- To demonstrate organization and attention to detail.
- To show proactivity (to act according to plan, not react to complaints).
- To manage time effectively.
