- Responsible for ensuring smooth delivery as per agreed SLA’sGlobally, tax and accounts preparation activities are conducted mostly in the local countries and hence requires a wide network of EY professionals to work together to deliver to the client expectations. A central team of EMS members work with this integral network of EY professionals to ensure client’s compliance and reporting obligations across the globe are met on time. - national engagement.Your key responsibilitiesOperational Support and Reporting:
- Work closely with a Manager to provide day to day engagement management support for client (s)
- Support client teams in Americas, EMEIA and APAC in providing timely and accurate information of the engagement to the client headquarters
- Identify and transfer potential scope of work to EMS team
- Understand client requirements and ensure engagement processes meet requirements
- Provide situational analysis and solutions for mitigating issues & risks in an engagement
- Monitor the compliance delivery services across multiple countries and functions
- Build project plan for delivery and set up engagement management tools
- Review engagement deliverables and coach staff members on best practices
- Identify pain areas in the processes and create enablers to overcome process issues
- Monitor and control activities leading up to fulfilment of compliance and reporting obligations of the of practices across countries as per agreed SLA’s
- Act as the SPOC for the respective client teams and Second level escalations point of contact
- Monitor Quality of the team members aligned to ensure quality expectations are metProject Coordination & Control:
- Help the manager in transition of engagements to GDS
- Monitor engagement status, issues and potential risks that can impact engagement
- Work with global teams to understand the status of the filings for client(s)
- Understand processes and dependencies in meeting obligations of the filings in countries
- Provide engagement status on a periodic basis highlighting risks and issues and achievements
- Identify service delivery and process gaps which can be fixed to improve service deliveryPeople aspects- Handle a portfolio of clients and a team of associates & advanced associates
- Monitor and flag engagement and people issue to local and engagement leadership
- Act as the SPOC for the respective client teams and first level escalations point of contact
- Work with Global Engagement Managers and Coordinators to ensure engagements are managed effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for the customer satisfaction scores of the portfolio by managing service delivery expectations of clients
- Identify training gaps for self and team and work with leadership to bridge gaps
- Network with offshore teams to create and maintain good relationship**Skills and attributes to qualify for the role**- Strong organization and project coordination capabilities

- Bachelors or Master’s degree, preferably Finance, Commerce, Math, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management
- . Advances level of german and english- Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
- Demonstrate an eye for detail
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
