development.**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities are (not limited to):- Monitors and manages against team booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.
- Works with VP Sales to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation.
- Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Work closely with the Revenue Leaders to identify and drive focused activities on elements of the business that require additional support
- Monitor the performance of the Groups/Reservations department regarding offers, conversion, response time
- Managing and conducting HR activities; develop the Sales team through leadership, mentoring and feedback sessions. Create employee development plans.
- Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives
- Report out the KPI’s of the department monthly to the VP Sales
- Participate in the forecasting process in conjunction with the Revenue Department to insure accurate, timely and complete information.
- Conducts customer facing sales activities such as appointments, site visits, solicitation and re-solicitation calling, lunch and learns, socialhours, company of the month activities, local industry events,Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) Activities, etc
- Qualifies and maintains customer’s long-term business potential.
- Understand fully the locations and country services, packages and promotions.
- Shifts priorities as directed by VP Sales or business needs.**Impact & KPIs**

- Intermediate-advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills and other presentations tools
