- Own and evolve the voice of our tone, language, and visual DNA. Speak it, improve it, and socialize it across the business.
- Oversee all creative projects across branding, campaigns, and digital content streaming assets, social media, and multimedia production.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and motion graphic artists.
- Own all copywriting from headlines to landing pages to CTAs and ensure every line reflects insight, emotion, and persuasive power.
- Inject emotion, engagement, and entertainment into every creative, while always selling.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Growth, Marketing, and Studio to define and enforce brand guidelines.
- Translate business strategy into creative that hijacks attention, builds desire, and drives action, all grounded in a high-level understanding of customer psychology.
- Develop KPIs and testing frameworks to inform data-led iteration and optimize conversion.
- Ensure every touchpoint, from thumbnails to tour pages, is the most radiant version of itself.
- Supervise all stages of the creative lifecycle from brief to concept to Launch delivering conversion-optimized and premium content across all platforms.
- Partner with media buyers and growth marketers to create performative media that maximizes ROAS.
- Manage creative budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships with efficiency and scale in mind.
- Drive breakthrough campaign concepts, stunts, and original IP that disrupt the category and elevate the brand.
- Explore and champion emerging formats, AI-generated content, interactive experiences, and virtual storytelling.
- Track trends across adult entertainment, fan monetization, and digital content to keep the creative approach fresh and future-ready.
- Maintain deep knowledge of compliance, localization, and audience behavior across tube sites, affiliate ecosystems, and fan platforms.
- Serve as the brand steward of the studio’s visual identity, copy, and creative systems across all owned, earned, and paid media.
- Develop scalable design systems and creative templates to support rapid, global deployment.
- Understand and optimize the entire sales funnel from click to conversion with experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or DTC environments.
- Collaborate on landing pages, email flows, and retention campaigns that turn browsers into buyers.
- Elevate all brand asset models, thumbnails, landing pages, trailers, emails, and posts into magnetic, high-converting experiences.
- Own testing, performance feedback, and creative iteration loops based on real-time insights.

- 10+ years in creative leadership roles—preferably in adult entertainment, ecommerce, SaaS, digital media, or gaming.
- A portfolio that shows you know how to sell with style: emotional, high-impact, data-driven creative across performance marketing and fan engagement.
- Deep experience with sales psychology, visual storytelling, and funnel optimization.
- Proven ability to scale creative ops in fast-growth environments with high content velocity.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
- Experience with adult content production, affiliate marketing, or subscription-based digital media.
- Familiarity with platforms that are subscription-based or custom OTT ecosystems.
- Experience managing nearshore or remote teams with cultural fluency and empathy.
