- ** Accountable at Segment Level for **General & Segment technology enabled SC & Manufacturing products and processes e.g. MES, OTC, Procurement, Planning, Logistics etc.
- ** Own TCO and Value delivered to Segment** from Digital SC & Manuf. Technology enabled capabilities.
- ** Develop SBP and Technology investment plans for **EM Segment**, **including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, business outcome identification, business adoption plans, resourcing plans
- ** Co-Own with VP Supply Chain Segment the OT within the Mills and work with CISO/CTO to manage Cyber Risks**
- ** Business Enablement**: Partner with other business units, regions, and business stakeholders to maximize globalization, scalability and overall TCO
- Acts as a disruptive change agent focused on transformation for today and tomorrow. Delivers right mix of operations, delivery, strategy and innovation.**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:
15+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in digital supply chain, manufacturing and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environmentSolid experience working in CPG industry, with specific background in working with the Supply Chain Function.Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal DTS organizationHands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmapsAt least 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile Methodologies.Relevant finance/P&L; understanding**Total Benefits**Great support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions.
