Making Talkpush connect smoothly with the tools our customers already use is what turns a good product into a great one.The RoleWe're looking for an Integration Specialist to own the configuration, activation, and ongoing support of integrations between Talkpush and our clients' existing systems HRIS, ATS, assessment tools, and other enterprise platforms.This is not a software engineering role. You won't be writing the integrations from scratch, our dev team handles that. What you will do is take those integrations and make them work in the real world: configuring them per client, validating that data flows correctly, troubleshooting when things break, and being the person on the call when a client needs help getting things live.It's a high-volume, precision-oriented role. You'll be running multiple integrations in parallel, and the difference between a smooth go-live and a messy one often comes down to attention to detail and a genuine drive to figure things out.What You'll DoConfigure integrations between Talkpush and external platforms based on each client's requirementsOwn integrations end-to-end: from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, validation, and go-liveJoin client calls (async and live) to activate integrations, walk through setups, and resolve issues, including with non-technical stakeholdersTroubleshoot data sync issues, mapping breaks, and edge cases, using tools like Postman to test and debug API behaviorValidate setups through structured testing: test cases, QA checks, and end-to-end verificationMaintain clear documentation: field mappings, setup ste
