- Flexible shifts between 9 am and 9 pm CET (Central Europe Time)
- Shifts starting before 9 am GMT-3 or after 6 pm GMT-3 receive a 50% bonus for those hours
- Competitive rate paid in USD**About This Role****Responsibilities**:- Contacting visitors the day before their tour to confirm their attendance and assist with any inquiries or needs they may have, including cancellations or rebooking
- Providing exceptional customer service through clear and friendly communication
- Maintaining accurate records of visitor interactions and feedback
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times**Skills and Attributes**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
