Familiarity with Active Directory is required. A plus if you have supported internal users with tasks like password resets and account unlocks.Desired Skills: (nice to have)
  • Windows Server and Windows Client
  • Networking (Domain, DHCP, users and roles)
  • scripting (bash, powershell, python)
  • Support of Oracle and/or MySQL databases - basic
  • Linux (Ubuntu) - basic
  • Virtualization (VMWare, VirtualBox) - basic
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT support workflows
  • Basic Windows administration knowledge
  • Understanding of Active Directory concepts
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
