- Provide support to internal inquiries.
- Comply with company policies, approval matrix, processes and values.
- Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Credit and Rebill/Billing NA metrics, as defined in the Service Level Agreement.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.
- English (Intermediate and up)
- Microsoft Office Package (Excel - Intermediate)**Preferred Qualifications**:- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, with a concentration in Business Administration or similar.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Process oriented.
- Ability to analyze data.
