Onboarding Specialist (SaaS Implementation)
Latin America (remote)About the RoleHeymarket is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation journey for new customers. You'll be responsible for technical setup, platform training, and strategic integration with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Aircall. This is a remote role for Latin America-based professionals with strong English skills and experience in SaaS environments.In your first 3-6 months, success looks like:
  • Managing 1520 concurrent customer onboardings without dropping details
  • Leading structured onboarding calls with high CSAT scores
  • Executing CRM and support tool integrations with zero critical errors
  • Reducing time-to-value for new customers by streamlining setup steps
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full onboarding process: account configuration, 10DLC registration, phone number hosting, and user setup
  • Lead onboarding sessions and platform training for new customers
  • Execute technical integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, and related platforms
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during the onboarding phase, resolving issues quickly
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to customize onboarding for varying customer types
  • Track progress and document every step to ensure smooth handoffs
Requirements
  • 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Strong command of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Retool
  • C1 or C2 English level; able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based customers
  • Highly organized; able to manage 1520 concurrent implementations
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize well
  • Based in Latin America and available to work U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience setting up 10DLC registration and number hosting
  • Familiarity with customer success workflows in fast-paced startups
Compensation & Logistics
  • Full-time remote role based in Latin America
  • Compensation: $3,000 - $4,000 per month based on experience
  • Must have reliable internet and overlap with U.S. time zones
