Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.Functional Area: BU PSC - Product Supply ChainDirect Report: Supply Chain Director Argentina and PeruROLE AND RESPONSABILITIESResponsible for the management and continuous improvement of logistics activities in order to support the strategies and corporate principles in Argentina, providing the proper service levels to clients, Vendors and customers, through appropriate cost.
To contribute to the development of the supply chain structure, providing increasing competitive advantage for the company.To ensure the improvement of Logistics procedures and processes and resources optimization through improvement projects, together with other areas/departments involved in Argentina.Identify and implement best practices in Logistics management, in accordance with the corporate guidelines policies of the group.Responsible for COMEX activitiesTo monitor the performance of transportation/logistics companies operating in Argentina, contributing to the efficiency of our product distribution, managing the freight payments to carriers and following the evolution of general costs.Manage Inventory storage, handling and inventory take for Finished Goods and Dry Goods.To prepare specific management reports needed and implement performance indicators for logistics activities within South America.To actively work for the personal and professional development of the team, promoting trainings and other related activities such as coaching, guidance/support, exposure and recognition to the teamPartner up with Regional Logistics Team to execute Logistics goals locallyManage Vendors to ensure service level in being executed with Campari's standardsCreate a build KPI in accordance with Regional and Global Logistics guidelinesSKILLS AND COMPETENCIESExecution & Foresight: The ability to deliver results, overcoming difficulties, anticipating the future of the business/work and driving change.Innovative Problem Solving: The ability to find, implement and disseminate a culture of innovative solutions.Consumer Focus: The ability to put himself/herself in the "consumer* / clients*' shoes", understanding their current needs and anticipating the future ones.Business Judgement: The ability to take effective decisions balancing market, products, financial and organisational issues.Team Working: The ability to work with others across all boundaries to reach common objectives and extraordinary results.Technical Excellence: Mastery of a body of knowledge, coupled with the ability to apply, transfer and disseminate excellence across the organisation.People Development: The ability to develop and attract individuals.Leadership: The ability to envision, inspire, energize and lead the organisation to extraordinary results.Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish, presentation and negotiation skills.

Preferred in Administration, Logistic or Engineer.Post-graduation in Logistic/Packaging/Related area.
