We are seeking a technically skilled professional with experience using ticketing systems and basic Windows administration. Familiarity with Active Directory is required. A plus if you have supported internal users with tasks like password resets and account unlocks.Desired Skills: (nice to have)
- Windows Server and Windows Client
- Networking (Domain, DHCP, users and roles)
- scripting (bash, powershell, python)
- Support of Oracle and/or MySQL databases - basic
- Linux (Ubuntu) - basic
- Virtualization (VMWare, VirtualBox) - basic**Qualifications**
Qualifications:- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT support workflows
- Basic Windows administration knowledge
- Understanding of Active Directory concepts
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
