Culture**: Support on building a strong single Entravision culture: Bring new ideas, implement long term projects and initiatives to keep building a great place to work.
- ** Internal Communication**: Establish and coordinate together with the Marketing and HR-Europe team periodical communication mechanisms: Newsletter, TownHalls, internal social media, Department Communications in order to enable higher engagement.
- ** Recruitment**: Search, filtering and recruitment needs of the business and service unit, manager within corporate rules, procedures, use of HR platforms, payroll standards and templates (postings, letters, job descriptions, etc).
- ** Onboarding**:Provide and make sure all new personnel have a well structured onboarding process: welcome, introduction, computer, presentation cards, in-company communication, tips to get around, culture introduction, attire, etc.
- ** Employee Engagement**:Establish a calendar of in-company activities that enhance a sense of belonging, happiness, productivity, culture build-up and communication. Work with marketing to design and distribute communication, invites, in-office communication.
Implement and take care of events (end of the year party, after office, etc)
- ** Training & Development Projects**: Support HRBP on training day, build materials, training logistics and KPI´s.
- ** Documentation**:Document company org charts, job descriptions and KPIs of all positions. Update structure every 6 months. As part of this effort, the position should question, strengthen and enhance cross incentives and KPIs. Review and update structure titles to reflect company goals. Support Global HR Compensation Manager on properly documenting compensation packages of all employees.What do you need to be our new HR Champion:- At least, **2 year**s in similar positions in startups or multinacional environment
- Tools: Excel and Powerpoint advanced usage and Google Docs versions. Capacity to create well structured and designed templates, presentations and analytical frameworks with design.
- At least, **1 year of previous experience in recruitment** and selection
- Language: English proficiency is required - another language es portuguese is a great plus.
