Partner with the best :\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer to lead the commercial development of Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions in the Argentine market.\nThis role is focused on consultative, value-based selling of asset condition monitoring, machinery protection, reliability and industrial digital solutions to customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, Chemicals, and Heavy Industry.\nThe adecuado candidate has a strong technical background, proven success in complex B2B sales, and an established network within the industrial market in the South Cone (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia).\nAs Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for:\nDevelop and execute the sales strategy for Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions in Argentina.\nManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to negotiation and closing.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, and system integrators.\nIdentify customer needs related to asset reliability, machinery health, predictive maintenance, and digital transformation.\nPosition and sell solutions such as:\nOnline and portable vibration monitoring.\nMachinery protection systems.\nCondition monitoring software and analytics.\nWireless sensing and digital reliability platforms.\nPrepare and deliver technical-commercial presentations and proposals.\nWork closely with application engineers, service teams and regional leadership.\nMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and CRM updates.\nRepresent the company at industry events, customer meetings and technical workshops.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial or related field).\n5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales within the industrial market.\nProven experience selling solutions related to condition monitoring, reliability, instrumentation, automation or industrial software.\nStrong understanding of rotating equipment, such as turbines, compressors, pumps, motors or generators.\nSolid experience with consultative / solution-based selling.\nAbility to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.\nFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).\nWillingness to travel frequently within Argentina and other SA countries.\nPreferred / Nice to Have\nPrevious experience with Bently Nevada, Cordant, or similar reliability/condition monitoring vendors.\nExisting relationships with major industrial accounts in Argentina.\nExperience working with multinational companies and regional sales structures.\nKnowledge of predictive maintenance, digital transformation or Industry 4.0 concepts.\nKey Competencies\nStrong commercial mindset with technical credibility.\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\nSelf-driven, autonomous and results-oriented.\nStrategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.\nAbility to manage long sales cycles and complex decision processes.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and how people want to work and deliver at their best can vary.\nWorking with us\nOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
