Position Overview
The Customer Service Senior will support daily activities, acting as a liaison between Copeland, Sales, and Customers.
Responsibilities include receiving customer orders, analyzing and entering data into Oracle, generating acknowledgments, and updating customers on shipment dates.
This position is based in Buenos Aires.
Principal Duties
Receive and analyze customer orders, and load into Oracle within 24 hours.
Perform daily inventory and order analysis to ensure all orders for the day are picked and shipped.
Maintain record retention for all exchanged documents with customers.
Support the Sales Team as needed.
Communicate directly with customers when required.
