- Prospect and engage U.S.-based clients and prospects across Healthcare and BFSI markets

- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound outreach, account research, and follow-up campaigns
\n
- Identify decision-makers and build early-stage relationships with business and technology stakeholders
\n
- Qualify opportunities and route them effectively to senior sales/client partner leaders
\n
- Support account-based sales strategies by researching target accounts, whitespace, and relevant buyer triggers
\n
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, including activity tracking, lead status updates, and pipeline notes
\n
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to tailor outreach messaging and positioning
\n
- Help activate dormant opportunities and nurture early-stage conversations until ready for deeper engagement
\n
- Represent Motivus professionally in all written and verbal interactions with U.S. prospects and clients
\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n
- 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, lead generation, or business development roles
\n
- Experience selling or prospecting into U.S.-based clients from LATAM
\n
- Exposure to Healthcare, BFSI, IT services, software services, or digital transformation environments preferred
\n
- Strong written and spoken English (mandatory)
\n
- Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and generate meetings/pipeline
\n
- Comfortable engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders remotely
\n
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
\n
- Self-starter with energy, discipline, and commercial curiosity
\n
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
\n\nHighly Preferred\n\n
- Experience supporting sales motions in Healthcare or BFSI sectors
\n
- Familiarity with U.S. enterprise buying environments and consultative sales approaches
\n
- Experience working in a nearshore / global delivery services company
\n
- Background in outbound sales for IT services, outsourcing, digital engineering, cloud, data, or AI-related offerings
