- Lead and support the HR team, promoting collaboration and professional development.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Work with hiring managers to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
- Improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Oversee performance management initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success.
- Develop programs to strengthen employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Support organizational changes and drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on talent management and organizational development.
- Advanced English level for communication with native people.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Experience with HR systems and tools.
- Experience working in a multinational company, with remote teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.**We offer**
