- Funciones:- Resolución de problemas técnicos de hardware y software de forma remota, enfocado en impresoras, switches, terminales punto de venta (POS)
- Soporte técnico a primer nível con usuario final
- Uso de manuales para resolución de fallas técnicas
- Seguimientos de los tickets generados por medio de sistema (generación, seguimiento, cierre)
- Escalamiento con diferentes áreasHabilidades:- Resolución de problemas
