- Respond to customer inquiries via HubSpot (email, live chat, tickets) with speed and empathy
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for clarifications, escalations, and relationship building
- Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, and platform navigation
- Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Maintain detailed records and ensure every customer feels valued and supported
- Meet response time targets and quality metrics
- 2+ years customer support experience (B2B or ecommerce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (minimal accent preferred for phone calls)
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
