- 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, Customer Service, or Team Coordination in a corporate environment.
- Basic knowledge of databases (preferably Oracle).
- Understanding of basic programming concepts for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques within production environments.
- Advanced skills in PC usage, operating systems, and the Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Nice-to-have skills:- Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.**_ This is your role_**
- Handle, analyze, and escalate support tickets in a timely manner.
- Investigate error logs across different platforms to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Manage and track issues using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Execute basic SQL queries and stored procedures as part of issue resolution.
- Identify and prevent potential system failures through continuous monitoring.
- Document and update resolutions in the department’s knowledge base.
- Ensure that service levels are met according to internal agreements.
