- Support of Oracle and/or MySQL databases - basic
- Linux (Ubuntu) - basic
- Virtualization (VMWare, VirtualBox) - basic
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT support workflows
- Basic Windows administration knowledge
- Understanding of Active Directory concepts
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
