- Decideonandexecutetheappropriaterecruitmentstrategyforyourroles,inclusiveofsourcing,screening,assessment,andshort-listingusingvariousdirectsourcingmethodsandusingallresourcesavailabletoyou,
- Support,challenge,anddrivebestpracticeateachstageoftherecruitmentprocess,
- Championeffectivecandidatemanagementthroughoutourhiringprocess,ensuringcandidatesreceivethepremiumKornFerryandclientexperience,
- Supportandmentormorejuniormembersofyourteam,supportingtheirknowledgeandskillsdevelopment.PROFILE- Experienceinafullcyclerecruitmentrole,fromdirectsourcing,screening,assessing/interviewing,andofferingcandidates,eitherinanagencyor,inhouseorRPOenvironment,
- Experiencerecruitingwithincommercialfunctions,includingsalesroleswillberequired
- ExperiencerecruitingforthePharmaindustrywouldbeaplus,
- Workers’councilexperiencewouldbeadvantageous,
- ExperienceworkingwithATS(egTaleo,Workday,etc.)
- Experienceindeliveringaconsultativerecruitmentexperiencetoallstakeholders,includingHR,thebusiness,andcandidates,
