- Act as a strategic partner between Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to anticipate and address future hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and senior roles, including co-leading executive searches.- Drive talent acquisition transformation:- Lead projects to audit, streamline, and optimize TA processes across regions.
- Develop and refine playbooks, templates, and documentation, balancing consistency with regional flexibility.
- Coach and mentor team members on senior hiring practices.- Enhance process quality and innovation:- Analyze and improve underperforming roles, job ads, outreach strategies, and platform choices.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, promoting continuous improvement.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and actions.
- Address brand reputation issues proactively and creatively.- Lead recruiting technology initiatives:- Implement and advance AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Stay ahead of talent trends and innovate in hiring practices.Job Requirements- 7+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting operations, with experience leading senior or complex searches.
- Hands-on experience with process improvements or projects across multiple regions or functions.
- Confidence in challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders, and coaching peers and managers.
- Proficiency with data, systems, and process mapping; root cause analysis skills.
- Interest or experience in AI and automation in recruiting.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a builder’s mindset.
