We will also value detail-oriented individuals.**Key Responsibilities**:- Document support activities, issue resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.**Necessary skills and experience required**:- Experience with SQL language and.NET (exclusive).
- Experience with Windows servers.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
