Scope:
- The role is to develop, optimize & grow ancillary sales by developing new & existing HBG client relationships in conjunction with the internal Wholesale & Retail functions.- Providing relevant product training both internally & externally. Becoming an “expert” on ancillaries products.Accountabilities:
- Sales Actions. Optimize, grow existing & new client relationships. Use of performance data to maximise sales growth. Achieve sales (TTV) and OM target.- Reporting & Actions: Daily usage of Salesforce to record client interaction & create opportunities.- Accurate Reporting: provide correct information and context on customer, market, and competitors performance highlighting key trends.- Inter-Company Collaboration: Build relationships with wholesale & retail functions with effective communications.- Training: Providing product training internally & externally.- Customer meetings: planning and preparation for the meeting with the end result of a full 360 account review that delivers key action points to follow up on both sides.- Represent the company at client conferences, trade shows and Fam trips event.- Account Planning Strategy: short
- and long-term strategy per customer based on the potential. The objective of this is to have a clear road map per customer.- Account Performance with the objective to increase the Share of Wallet (SOW) of all accounts.- Develop internal relationship with key internal stakeholders (retail and wholesale) needed for the account plans of the Strategic Clients.You will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
