**This role will be Responsible for**:- Supervise and Monitor associates work production
- Identify opportunities to improve repetitive processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors
- Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
- Plan & manage end to end activities and events that are non-campus recruiting related.
- Provides specialized Tier 3 support to dedicated teams, functions, and local market.**This role will be Accountable for**:- Ensuring team members work with accuracy.
- Prepare collection of new hire resources for managers and new joiners.
- Seek new hire feedback to help determine effectiveness of program and improvement.
- Provide metrics and data to support programs and strategies.**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
- Proficiency in using talent acquisition technologies and platforms
- Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams**Preferred Qualifications**
