
Workday Support Analyst (K-180)

- Understand business needs, prototype solutions, configure, test, and deploy updates.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and business goals.
- Create and maintain service support documentation (processes, procedures, service catalogue information, operational documentation) for all supported applications.
- Follow Global Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) to ensure adherence to global process standards.Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Workday HCM, including direct configuration of complex requirements.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
- Demonstrated skills in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, strong cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, and strong communication and collaboration.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Backlog management — creating, prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure the development team works on the highest-value items.
- Experience proactively engaging available technology resources to develop a strong network and growth (e.g., Workday Community, user groups).
- Ability to work in a virtual team across distance, cultures and time zones in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
- Experienced working with other Workday features (e.g., Security) or the desire to learn and work cross-functionally.Benefits- Health and dental plan extended to dependents
