\n\nMust pass the Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training.\nThis is a home-based position servicing Alexander, Allegheny. Ashe, Avery, Caldwell, Catawba, Davie, Iredell, Surry, Watauga and Wilkes counties region.\nThe Nursing Home\nSurveyor spends an average of three days per week in nursing homes conducting inspections. Occasionally inspections are required on weekends and night shift. Although management attempts to schedule inspections within a region, the consultant needs to expect overnight stays when the nursing home is greater than 60 miles from their home-base.\nKnowledge Skills And Abilities/Management Preferences\nSalary Range: $62,044 - $102,371\nRecruitment Range: $62,044 - $80,000\nCandidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.\nThe Knowledge Skills and Abilities/ Management Preferences are not required. - Strong clinical background, including assessment, care planning and delivery of care.
